Positive: Superb location and a lovely apartment all round, the area is residential and quiet, but all the facilities and Oostende itself are super easy to reach by car or by public transport. The beach is right out front, the private garden is spacious, the kitchen fully equipped and the bathroom is luxury with a walk in shower and a tub. It's also super convenient that a washing machine is available and plenty of cupboard space. We didn't meet the hosts, but they did send some messages before check-in to ensure everything was alright.

Negative: It's not that we didn't like anything, more a suggestion. We stayed there with 4 adults and while all 3 bedrooms are spacious, it would have been nice to have the 2nd bedroom with regular beds instead of a bunk bed. The 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed as well, so perhaps it's a consideration to equip the 2nd bedroom with two single beds, that can be kept separate or be pushed together as applicable to the people staying there.

Summary: Lovely apartment near Oostende with everything you need for a relaxing stay by the beach.

Positive: A nice 2 bedroom place with a small kitchenette and dining/sitting area. Very clean. Outside there's a terrace with a great view of the countryside - very relaxing. A nice host who really was about doing above and beyond to make our stay pleasant, including offering some free breakfast the first day, offering to change towels after a couple days, and more. She was responsive. We enjoyed our stay. We were sent to a very pleasant and very good restaurant not far away (11 min) by the host. Can cook in this place though the kitchenette is not very spacious. Also, the kitchenette is reasonably but not greatly equipped.

Negative: No grocery store in the village, so you need to travel 18-20 min to Norcia, or the other direction for a supermarket/Cafe. Restaurants are slightly closer. The village is small and calm.
