Positive: The view was fantastic and the dinner was outstanding

Negative: Overall our stay was excellent . I thought the staff when we arrived were rude they were more worried about our payment rather then making us feel welcome

Summary: Other then the welcome the staff were warm and friendly especially at rasa the food was delicious and staff were lovely

Positive: Location - excellent. Food - very good. The management upgraded me to larger room and meals were included as part of room cost. (Apparently Booking.com had charged me almost double the going (rack) rate - the room cost was approx INR 10000 if booked directly while I had paid INR18000).

Negative: Property could do with improvements in the reception area - the furniture and entire place looks shabby, and needs to be upgraded to improve look and facilities. Booking.com had charged me almost double the going (rack) rate - the room cost was approx INR 10000 if booked directly while I had paid INR18000). The management gave us an upgrade and included dinner and breakfast as part of the room cost. Booking.com should provide better rates on their website.

Positive: The weather was very pleasant, and the view from the room was awesome. The food was delicious, and the stay was comfortable and hygienic. Room service was quick, and there were many indoor and outdoor games. The swimming pool was neat and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely visit the property again in the future, as well as recommend it to friends and family.

Negative: There were multiple power cuts during our stay. They did not last long, only for 1 or 2 minutes each time, but they occurred several times, including at night, which I didn’t like. However, I can understand it might have been due to weather conditions. It was not a major issue, as we still enjoyed our stay.
