Positive: Location is good, very near to shopping area. Hotel staff are very helpful, and the food is delicious. Food portion is big and we are all very content after every meal.

Positive: The private onsen in our villa and the family bath of course. The area is surrounded by mountains, which make my family and I feel super relax.
Negative: Our villa has 2 floors. Bedroom on 2nd floor. If the group includes elderly (like my father), this might be a consideration.

Positive: The location and serenity were like none other. The staff was so kind and provided an incredible atmosphere. The food was 12/10, I would go back just to try more seasonal favorites.
