Positive: Nice location and very friendly staff with good facilities

Negative: Stayed in the Loft building which was very outdated and looked like it had been ignored for 20 years, falling apart. (Renovation work has started I believe) but they really should not offer these rooms anymore.

Summary: Very nice place but Loft building is a no go!

Positive: Hotel fit for purpose and breakfast was good

Negative: We had room in annex builiding. It was ok, no complains, but it good to understand those rooms are retro, in means of not renovated lately. Anyhow makes their duty well. Water in spa was a bit too cold.

Positive: We had amazing family weekend. The spa was lovely and the room really comfortable. It was nice to be able to get outside directly from the room. This made dog walking much easier. Also dog’s welcome surprise was a really lovely thought. For the first time in the hotel accommodation the pillows were actually really good. The hotel had plenty places to eat. overall, we just had a lovely And relaxing weekend with the whole family together.

Summary: An amazing family weekend with lots of fun.

Positive: Place and good spa with warm water for the kids. Silent enough in the room.

Negative: The loft house that we lived in needs to renovate the bathrooms and there was no AC. Also the description said there was no minibar, but then there was one in the room. Half of the water play equipment in the children’s pool was broken.
