Positive: Lovely hotel, staff were very friendly and helpful.

Negative: The breakfast is as bad as the reviews warned. It's so surprising that after so many bad reviews they don't improve it. It is saved slightly by the excellent omelettes.

Positive: Really loved this hotel - first time my 5yo daughter has interacted with a kids club! The staff were amazing, really warm and the planned activities were brilliant. Especially 'el profe' that helped my daughter get up the climbing wall (she didn't want to stop until she did it!). Reception staff were also extremely friendly. The room was really big and the beds and pillows were done off the most comfortable I've experienced.

Negative: Nothing really, it was a great hotel and exceeded my expectations.
