Positive: We loved everything about this villa, there is nothing bad to say. The villa was stunning with fantastic facilities too. The owner Harris was brilliant, always on hand happy to help. He also has a bar called Iguana Bar which is a minutes walk which is also amazing! Lovely staff and delicious food at really good prices! We will definitely be going back, loved every minute. 2 adults 2 children aged 11 and 13 - was perfect and catered for us all.

Negative: We loved everything about this villa, there wasn’t anything that was wrong with our stay there. Perfect!!

Summary: Absolute Paradise! Loved every minute there!

Positive: fantastic location close to the beach and only a short walk to restaurants and bars. Lovely pool with plenty of comfortable sun beds and chairs. light and airy villa with everything you need for a fully self catering holiday if that’s what you want

Negative: the garden gate hinge is broken so it’s difficult to open from the outside of the property the wifi is very poor and kept dropping out there were issues with the electric tripping on a couple of occasions the bathroom was quite grubby especially around the shower screen the twin beds had mattresses that were quite uncomfortable

Summary: wonderful stay with only a few small issues that didn’t spoil our holiday

Positive: Iguana Villa was the perfect place for our family holiday. We spent an amazing week there. Luxury, cosy, private, with a beautiful garden and swimming pool, very close to the beach. Fantastic host, very friendly and helpful. Would definitely return!

Positive: From the moment we arrived at Villa Iguana , Harris the owner meeting us it felt like a special stay. He could not be more helpful and saw to every thing that we required. The villa is very clean and up together, kept spick and span by the lovely Bruna. It was nice to see condiments etc in the cupboards which is a helpful touch when self catering, along with a fab digital large HD screen TV which makes a change from most villas. If you want a sunny terrace by the pool this is perfect as the positioning of it allows for early morning to late evening sun. The villa is a 2 minute walk from Kalamaki beach -and across the road is Anna’s grocery shop if you need bits and pieces. All in all a great place to stay for comfort and location.
