Positive: - I’ve stayed in this property before and it used to be good and cheaper. Right now it’s more expensive but the quality went down unfortunately. I was disappointed by many facts during our short stay especially that this chalet is the most expensive in the city.

Negative: - It gets really cold in Ifrane specially in the evening and since the chalet is spacious it takes a lot of time for the place to get warm. Before checking in I contacted the host to make sure that the heaters were on specially because of my parents that are old and can’t stand the cold weather. The host confirmed that it was on but once I reached the place was freezing. I had to call her she came and she said it was supposed to be working. She only had access to the switch and even after putting it on it was still cold . There was no blankets and my parents felt cold that made me regret booking this place. I texted the owner via booking to inform her about the inconvenience. Since having a warm place in Ifrane is something very basic however I got no response or even an apology as the money was already deducted by Booking which is not professional from the owner . Moreover there was no enough towels for everyone as we were 5 occupants . Moreover it was not possible to access the outdoor area where we wanted to have breakfast since it’s hard / impossible to unlock the door in addition to that all the outdoor seats looked dirty and already packed .

Summary: - The heaters automatically stoped in the early morning and you don’t have control over it in order to save electricity

Positive: This property exceeded my expectations. The host was very responsive and the check in was clear and smooth. The house is lovely, very close to the city center but still in a quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Ifrane!
