Summary: This is a budget stay - and for what we paid - this was great value for money. The place could do with a lick of paint, but it was clean and cozy. It was great to have a fridge, microwave, coffee machine etc. The shower was hot. And the bed clean and fairly comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Summary: We really liked this motel, right outside of town. We stayed in the little Hideaway cabin just off the main property and it didn't disappoint. Really small but very cute. The back patio is the best part, we really loved having coffee out on there in the morning. Walkable to town and very clean and quiet. Could use some maintenance and slight upkeep, the stairs are a tad old. Overall, really liked this place and recommend.

Summary: Amazing spot! The view from the balcony can be a bit limited because of the beautiful trees. The locations is amazing, though. It is only two minutes drive to the area with the restaurants. The delivered breakfast in cute baskets (8.30-9.00 am). The Sunday one was late for about 35 minutes. Other than that, it was worth the experience.

Summary: The 34 mile trek up to 6000 feet elevation was scary. Do NOT drive up there via Hwy 243. It was both scary and made me sick. You can drive there via Hemet. Still a tad stressful but much better. My room smelled of gas as soon as I walked in. It was attended to but after the scariest rollercoaster ride getting there, I was like what is going on? Idyllic Idyllwild is so beautiful though. I was grateful for the experience.

Summary: The place was very cute and cozy. Had all the basic amenities and provided breakfast (oatmeal, fruit, & muffin) in the morning. However, the toilet was extremely low and small, but other than that everything was perfect!

Summary: The views and location were nice, but the room was dusty and poorly maintained (mini fridge sounded like it was dying, had to run the water for 10 minutes in the morning to get hot water, etc). The noise was worst part. The road noise was constant and loud (the Bunkhouse is on the main road though town) and we could hear every moan from the couple next to us through the wall.

Summary: Didn’t have a Mountain View but it was quiet. Room was clean but very dated. There were some things that could have been fixed, i.e, broken toilet handle, counter by sink was missing a piece in front, previous occupant had disconnected tv cable, smoke detector was on bathroom window sill, and there was NO hot water.
