The South Cabin and The Main House (Idyll Reserve | 1 and 2) were built with guests with limited mobility in mind; a step-less ramp from parking to main entrance, a flat floor plan, and wide hallways facilitate access. Although the kitchen and bathrooms are spacious, they do not have accessible modifications and may not be suitable for someone who is dependant upon a wheelchair. The largest of our brand-new cabins, the Main House was built for entertaining. Perfect for a family or a group of friends. This cabin features a spacious great room with fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living and dining area and a gas fireplace. A large outdoor living area boasts a private hot tub, wood-burning fireplace, gas grill, dining and a cozy lounge area.
This cabin is suitable for guests with accessibility needs with a large parking area, zero entry ramp to door, and step-less entry to all interior areas of the cabin. There is also a large zero entry outdoor covered deck.

We recommend driving your own vehicle as ride-sharing and public transit are limited in our area. The driveway is gravel and offers parking space for 2 to 3 cars at each cabin. 2 EV chargers are located on the property and available for your use.

Propane for gas grill and firewood for fire pit provided. An espresso maker, french press, and drip coffee machine as well as premium coffee beans and ground coffee is provided. There is a pack-n-play with bedding, a high chair, and children's dishes and utensils stored in each cabin. This cabin does NOT allow pets, however well-behaved dogs are welcome at The Cabin, The Hillside, and The North (Idyll Reserve | 3, 4 & 5).

Summary: The house was designed with many unique features. This is one reason why we were attracted to the site. With having a background in design and my husband in architecture, we knew it was a place for us to experience. Our guests and family also loved the layout and felt very comfortable. We would love to go back, especially in the winter, but with a few exceptions. Please check on all trash, discovering dirty diapers was somewhat disappointing. When we arrived we were greeted by a lady and gentleman who was trying to fix the water pump since it was not working. I had to call the emergency number for someone to help because they just left. Luckily, we had water by the evening. Also, the dryer wasn’t working to dry our swimsuits. My suggestions when booking is to make sure everything is ready and in working order.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at the Main House. Everything was so thoughtful, from the modern design to the lighting, music, and wine that welcomed us upon arrival. The property is such a unique gem in a great location, and we certainly want to return to experience more. The EV charger was super convenient on our first big road trip. The hot tub was great to use in the cool evenings and mornings after a long day of travel and activities. The sound system filled the house with tunes. Even the bath towels were luxurious!

Summary: We had such an amazing time! The house was VERY CLEAN. The bottle of wine and delicious coffee was such a nice touch! I have already told several friends how perfect everything was! We cooked everynight in the fully stocked kitchen. Thanks for everything!

Summary: We loved our time at Idyll Reserve Main House. Everything was beautifully decorated, felt clean and was incredibly inviting. The large windows helped us feel like we were up in the trees. Our kids enjoyed the built-in bunkbeds, and we all appreciated the hot tub at the end of long hiking days. We would love to stay again!

Summary: This was a stunning home for my wife and I to find the rest and quiet we were hoping for. Absolutely beautiful, exceptionally clean, the little details provided for. It was everything we needed! Our only wish was that the hot tub had a privacy fence around it, but the covered porch with fireplace, the music system, the big windows that make it feel like you're outside even when you're not, it was more than we imagined it would be! Summary: My partner and I needed a relaxing getaway in nature but close to home. (Cleveland). We had a few requests. A super cool place, amazing views, quiet, private, spa bathroom, cozy beds, great kitchen to cook in and close to hiking. This Main House checked all the boxes. We plan to make a trip back out and stay at some of the other rentals and bring friends. The staff and management was so attentive!

Summary: Beautiful house in woodsy area with lots to do - hiking, walks, nature. The house was amazing; clean, many amenities, cozy. We were in the area for a sports weekend in Athens (45 min drive) so we would have spent more time around the house if time allowed. It was a little long of a drive but we appreciated Laura’s hospitality and suggestions for things to do in the area!
