Positive: My stay at Idube was absolutely unforgettable. The service was so personalized and truly luxurious—it went beyond a 5-star experience. The accommodation, the food, the attention to detail, and prompt replies to my special requests (room and dietary) —everything was just perfect. The game drives were magnificent, in three days, we saw all the big five several times including sightings of 4 different individual leopards, we also saw cheetahs and wild dogs, The staff, the rangers and trackers (Jus, David, Ian and Congive) all of them made this stay incredibly memorable with the level of service and knowledge shared. This is truly an experience I will cherish, and I can’t thank idube enough for this.
Negative: Absolutely nothing
Summary: A Memorable Stay

Positive: Incredible safari. Fj and Mike our guide and tracker gave us an unforgettable experience between the safaris and bush walks with lots of close encounters and always feeling safe. Food and service was also excellent and very friendly.

Positive: Nice suites, spacious, comfortable bed, nice outdoor deck area. Food was excellent. Well-prepared, nice choices, loved the outdoor dinners. Game drives exceptional! We had a great driver/guide named FJ who was amazing! All staff so welcoming and friendly, made us feel like family.
Negative: Bathroom was oddly shaped so a little cramped and the indoor shower made the whole bathroom wet and slippery (luckily we had used the outdoor one for all but one shower). Big gaps during the day....wish there had been some other programs available to fill the time maybe about bird-watching or cooking classes, or even group games like bingo.
Summary: Amazing place, exceptional stay!

Positive: The staff was wonderful. The game drives great too.
Negative: The lodge itself, was very disappointing. In need of renovation. Lack of atmosphere. No real sense of being in the African bush.
Summary: Dissappointment

Positive: The breakfasts were excellent as well as the lunches and dinners. The game drives were spectacular. We saw the Big 5 continually. Bongoni, our tracker and Mark, our driver were terrific. One morning they tracked a leopard for a couple of kilometres and found him.
Negative: We liked everything. There was nothing we didn't like.
Summary: I would recommend this lodge to anyone. It was the best of the many lodges we have visited.

Positive: Well where can I start? I think it’s staff that really makes this place special. From the time we arrived they were so welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us. We had FJ as our ranger and Ian as our tracker and they looked after us like family. They work really well together and made sure we had some incredible sightings. The kitchen and wait staff were are all so lovely as well. The food was delicious every day and we looked forward to seeing their smiling faces at breakfast….even though we had been up since the crack of dawn! Thanks Idube, you made our stay truly memorable.
Negative: I think the only downside for me was the lack of decent wifi in the rooms. A couple of times I wanted to call home in the evening but couldn’t. There is more reliable WiFi in the main building but after dark you can’t walk up there so it was a bit restrictive. It just means you have to plan things around that.
Summary: An unforgettable experience

Positive: Breakfasts were delicious, all hot food was cooked to order and there was always a lovely selection of fresh fruit, and a different juice each day. Our waitress Petunia always had a smile
Negative: There was nothing not to like. The room was comfortable and clean, we loved the outdoor shower. Food was exceptional, the game viewing was out of this world. it felt like being part of a big family rather than just being on holiday
Summary: Charita and her team went above and beyond to make this stay special for us.
