Summary: The property was spacious and the grounds were very well kept. The pool was centrally located and easy to access. The house was equipped with everything for the beach and for house (appliances, kitchenware, beach chairs, etc). Couple of minor things such as the carpets could use some replacing and walls painted along with some new curtains. We did have a door knob fall off a back door and some of the siding on the house was coming off, but that’s part of living at the beach. Overall the place was nicely located and within walking distance to the beach.

Summary: The space was perfect for our family. Very spacious, beds were comfortable, not too far to walk to the beach. My only complaints were the floors were dirty and there was no cable and that was listed in the amenities. Our socks were very dirty after just walking on the hardwood for a few minutes and the carpets were stained and dirty. Nothing you can do about that unless you clean them very good or just replace them. We spent the first night moping all the hardwood. After that our stay was great. Washer and dryer worked good and the air conditioning worked good. The third floor bedroom did get a little warmer but that’s to be expected as warm air rises unless you have a completely separate unit for that floor. No complaints other than the floors and cable.

Summary: Overall a nice place to stay. Beach was a short walk from the condo and the pool was very nice. A couple of the bathrooms had a few roaches spotted in them, both alive and dead, and the unit was reasonably clean.

Summary: This property needs a lot of work done to thr interior of the house and the appliances. The curtians were flithy, the dishes had not been clean, the dryer was broken and could have started a fire according to the maintenance man which I did not appreciate thrm placing me and my family in that kind of danger. This property has so many things that needs tending to, the good thing about this property was the location to the beach.

Summary: The owners missed nothing! This place is incredible! We were comfortable enough to stay in and cook several times. This location is so close to the beach we walked there several time and with lots of places to eat very near by as well! The linens and beds were super comfy and the smart tvs were awesome for hanging out inside. We were very pleased with our stay and hope to return again next year.
