Summary: The view of the ocean was beautiful. The property itself was really nice. The cleanliness of the room was lacking. At first glance it appeared clean. But there was a lot of spots on the walls and dust everywhere. The tables hadn’t been wiped down. I ended up wiping them down myself.

Summary: In our room, the air conditioning vent/equipment was oddly located in the wall near the head of the king size bed; the noise generated from the unit disrupted our sleep. Overall, at enjoyed our stay at this, our second vacation at an Icona property on the ocean in NJ.

Summary: This is our third year to enjoy a few days with just the girls in our family. We had three kids with us this time (ages 4,3,2). We all love the pool. We were a little disappointed that the baby pool was ripped up, but I was glad to see. They finally covered it after three days. I’m not sure what they are doing with that space but we will miss the baby pool having little kids. We were able to be side-by-side with our rooms which was very helpful and although I like a higher view, I actually enjoyed being on the first floor with little kids because it’s right close to the pool and the car and you can still see a hint of the ocean. It’s nice to be on the odd side of the hall versus having the pool view when you are on the first floor (ex 115, 117). It’s always nice to have beach chairs and an umbrella, but we mostly stayed at the pool because of the little kids. The staff is very friendly and works hard to take care of any small issues you may have. It is also wonderful to see the sunrise and so easy to get outside or sit on your balcony and see it.See you next year Icona!

Summary: Room was very clean, staff was very helpful and respectful. Anyone who passed always said hello or asked if we needed help. View was nice even though we were on the first floor. Food at the restaurants was very good as well. Only issue was it's very hard to find parking if they have an event going on but they do offer valet parking free of charge. Five stars can't wait to go back

Summary: Clean room and comfortable bed. Beach access and beach bar were great. Reasonable prices for a nice resort. Best part was the staff. They were really good. Noticeable difference from most other places. Will be back.

Summary: The staff was absolutely amazing: check-in employees, waiters (Bacic!!), Walt (shuttle driver), staff at the Star bar, the DJ!!!, guys setting up chairs on the beach, cleaners - everyone! Thank you! Only downside for me was the size of our bedroom and bathroom. Could be bigger especially considering the price of the Premium double suit but I guess there's not much that can be done about that.
