Summary: Good location. Mostly clean. My room bathroom had a little smell about it. Tidy though. Has everything you need but pretty basic. Chic style which is nice and reception/breakfast area are nicer than rooms. Good for exploring madrid as somewhere to stop

Summary: We had an excellent stay at Icon Embassy. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect—safe and close to our favorite shops. Breakfast each morning was healthy and delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and will definitely be staying here again.

Summary: Hotel needs a serious deep cleaning. While it is in a great area and looks nice in photos, so many aspects of the property itself grossed me out. Crud everywhere. It actually felt unsanitary with mildew, mold and crud in the bathroom sink, shower, on baseboards, door sills, etc.

Summary: The Icon Embassy is in a great part of town. Easy to walk to many parts of the city, close to shopping and coffee shops. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was excellent…so many options.
