Summary: Place was nice, however the fire alarm kept going off throughout out the stay. Also, the pool was only accessible until 7 pm and ONLY on the weekend due to construction.

Summary: No balcony open, they cover the windows with plastic wrap so u can’t see anything outside, I just booked for the views and my stay there was ruined, they said it’s because of constructions but they should disclose that before booking and not advertise open balcony/views + plus pool is never open

Summary: Very bad sensation, the apartment and location are very good, but the access to the balcony was closed, the windows with a great shadow rof the building reparations, the pool area closed, marihuanas smells. I changed my stay even I lost 4 nights paid. A really bad experience!!

Summary: The first apartment we got was not well maintained and had maintanence works outside so no access to balconies. We contacted the office and got out into a different apartment which was good. We stayed in this place about 10 times before and although sometimes the maintenance of the rooms are lacking the staff do a good job to accommodated your needs.

Summary: Room was great just a tad dated. The elevators hadn't been inspected in about 3 years which is kind of sketchy when going up 49 floors. The view was amazing. Felt like the modern Miami 80s vibes and we loved it. Best of all was the location very walkable to stores and restaurants in Brickell. A very safe area. I would recommend this spot for a great Miami experience!
