Summary: Location! Nestled into downtown Coconut Grove short walking distance to restaurants, cafes, and boat docks. Room was perfect with a balcony facing the sunset. Little kitchen for making coffee in the morning. Pool facing the water with a spectacular view. I would definitely stay here again.

Summary: We loved the property. The room was great. The views were amazing! The only issues we had were the coffee pot did not work properly, would fight with it every morning just to get it to work and then the coffee would not be hot. The TV was a pain to work. It would not stay connected to the Internet. While our personal devices stayed connected without issue, the tv would get disconnected constantly and we would spend more time trying to reconnect it than we did actually watching tv. Was very frustrating.

Summary: Great location for our visit around Miami. Very easy check in and parking was very convenient. Loved the gift card - which was close by and good food. Will recommend and stay here again!

Summary: The room was great and spacious for two people. The only issues we had was a night we wanted to stay in and watch tv we couldn’t because we could not connect to the wifi. We messaged management and the response was that all the others rooms had no issue as if that was going to help us. They did not provide any help to solve the issue. One thing that they can improve is some type of counter space in the bathroom. Other than that it was great.
