Positive: We had a wonderful stay! The property is in a very convenient location, making it easy to get around. Mr. Thilakaratne and his wife are amazing hosts. They are warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. The place is well-maintained, clean, and feels very safe. The included breakfast was a great bonus and made our stay even more enjoyable. Special thanks to them for the support and kindness they showed when our car broke down. It truly went above and beyond our expectations. Highly recommended!

Positive: The property owner and his family were very accommodative and good. We didn't find any difficulty to get anything from them. They were always helpful. Room was spacious and very good, neat and clean. Wi-Fi was also good.

Negative: One thing I forgot to tell the owner that if possible kindly install one wall clock in the room. It will help out in many ways for guest to find out time at once. Thanks

Positive: Very spacious and nicely presented property in Mount Lavinia. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming and the property had good facilities with great air con. The breakfast was included and was really great. Thank you!

Negative: Not the easiest to find but the hosts gave me a number to call on arrival! Had some ants in the corner of the bedroom but they went away.
