Positive: The house is incredible. We loved the surfing theme, the fireplace and the entertainment system. It's also located close to downtown Manteo on a quiet street with a good-sized yard which was great for our dog.

Negative: The place is excellent, but a bit pricey. We'd inquired about some flexibility on our dates due to COVID and didn't get a response.
