Summary: The stay was wonderful. The customer service is spectacular and a lot of people spoke english. Their hot springs are immaculate and provide you with a spa like experience. Although they don’t sand springs at the property they provide shuttle that take you there and back. The pillows are a bit uncomfortable and the store doesn’t really have any heatable food. We had to walk to the nearest convenience store which was about a 10 minute walk.

Summary: We loved the views and customer service! However, we were not told that we needed to make reservations for dinner at least 24hours prior to arrival. We had to go somewhere else to have dinner. We couldn't use the pool because they told us that is was only for summer time, but we were there in May, and it was already hot, and the weather was perfect for a splash in the pool.

Summary: This place was way better than expected! The public onsen was nice and the english speaking staff made such a difference! They were very friendly and the views were amazing. We didnt use the shuttle service but we wish we had because parking was tough. So I recommend to take advantage of there free shuttle! Also the beach is so beautiful right next to the hotel.
