Positive: Fast check-in , good location.. Rooms were clean .. Beds are ok

Negative: I could not increase room temperature . Airco in the room was blowing cold air even if you move button to warm up position I was very upset with the parking . This hotel does not have own parking. To all customers that are coming to the hotel with own cars the staff suggests to park car at public garage at the backside of the hotel. You will get unpleasant surprise when you try to leave this parking. Your cards are not working and there is no nearby any possibilities to pay by cash ! I gone to reception to help me with this problem - but got an answer from front desk that they cant do anything. As it is public garage. Finally one of managers came with information that there is a machine to pay cash ( next door to the hotel ) This machine was in German language and it was very difficult to understand how to make payment. When we were finally leaving this underground parking - there were 2 another cars with foreign numberplates that could not exit this parking as theirs cards are also were not working. So I told them how to deal with this situation. I think that we are not the only one with this story And it would ne nice if hotel can explain this BEFORE you go to parking.
