Positive: Arguably the worst meal I have ever been presented with. Barely cooked fillet steak (and I eat medium rare), something purporting to be pastry and yuck veggies. The hotel was fine…very comfortable bed.

Negative: Staff were unwelcoming. Breakfast below expectations. Bathroom water pressure very low. No loo brush. Toilet seat broken. Fans not working.

Positive: It's an ibis, the lady on reception checking in was helpful, but you don't expect all the bells and whistles. Breakfast was ok. The shower was good.

Negative: The duvet was not that big
