Negative: Door handle broke on the inside of the room. Shower and toilet was extremely tight to manoeuvre in.

Negative: The air conditioning of this hotel has not been working since June. I stayed there twice in a span of a month and still nothing was done about it. This is very bad because nothing changed on the rates applied. They just have their smiles and sorry faces. The bathroom of the room I was given was smelly. This is very irresponsible

Summary: Not pleasant at all. Disappointing
