Positive: The room is spacious with a location just on the main street of Malang. The staff were lovely and responsive. We stayed on the 10th floor with a stunning mountain view. Definitely value for money!

Negative: The fridge/cooler in the room is not cool at all. You must obtain drinking water from the water station located in each hallway (no free water bottles are provided in the room).
