Summary: The receptionist are very friendly and professional

Summary: Cons: The bathroom light is on a motion sensor. Which means in the middle of the night if you want to use bathroom you get full light. It stays on for 15mins. No cooling -room stuffy and if you open window cigarette smoke wafts in. Pros: good condition. Solid breakfast.

Summary: Great level of cleanliness in the room and the staff were very helpful. The communal areas were also very clean and pleasant to sit in. Good free coffee and hot chocolate for the kids. Our stay exceeded expectations. A short 10 minute bike ride into the centre of Haarlem.
