Positive: Great location at the junction to several major routes - despite that the hotel was surrounded by trees and quiet in the evening. The facilities were spot on and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Felt totally at ease throughout my stay.

Negative: A common problem in most hotels - at times the hotel was understaffed "front of house" - too much to do for so few people..... That said all the staff were helpful and multi tasking to keep guests comfortable - good show!
