Positive: The rooms were large enough, the bed was amazing, the room had a great utilities.

Negative: The internet was horribly slow in the room, the staff barely spoke English, the chair had a broken leg, and the safe didn't work

Summary: Overall a pleasant trip, with some mild discomforts

Negative: Even I choose the smoking room but my partner doesn't smoke in the room but everytime they clean my room, my room become have very bad smoking smells....

Positive: The hotel staff are amazing, they catered to my every need. The facilities are great: I really enjoyed the buffet breakfast - so many varied dishes to choose from. Thankfully, the wifi was really good. The swimming pool is romantic and serene. The rooms are cleaned daily, and teh beds are comfortable: we had lots of good sleep. The location is quiet with a bus to the airport departing every hour. KFC/PizzaHut nearby, and a pool hall. We recommend that you must book your hotel stay here!

Negative: Nothing. This place is fantastic.

Summary: Great Value for money. Highly recommended.

Positive: This hotel was so great, I decided to extend my stay! The breakfast buffet is amazing. There is always great selection which changes every day which makes for a great surprise every morning. The rooms are clean and cleaned every day at around 10am. The internet wifi is very good here also. The staff are amazing and make you feel valued. Finally, the pool area is tranquil and relaxing. Fantastic vibes.

Negative: There isn't anything I don't like, they have everything covered here, all you have to do is ask. Very easy to feel valued as a customer here.

Positive: Breakfast Breakfast is amazing: LOTS of selection, namely (1) Chicken, fish, pasta rice, hotpot and some indonesian food that I never seen before. (2) Toast and jam, tea/coffee/juice. (3) Cake, fruit. (4) Eggs cooked to order. Salad. Internet is great, only a 4 sec lag delay in video calls on zoom during 9pm-11pm. Otherwise its perfect and never cuts out. The staff are SUPER friendly and helpful without being over bearing. Rooms are clean, no bad smells.

Negative: Uh-Oh, the bad news: gym is not working, but there are dumbells. I believe everything is getting fixed next month. But there is a swimming pool (12m in length) and free bicycle rental depending on availability. Perhaps it needs a repaint, being ten years old, but as you can tell, I am struggling to find cons to this place. It is a good hotel. Bus from airport took an hour at 120 IDR per person, but that's fine - i slept on the bus anyway.

Summary: Great experience. Safe, clean. 60km from airport, amazing breakfast.
