Summary: Good - I was allocated a nicer room after my keycard to the original room didn’t work, so I’m definitely happy with that. I also happened to get a good Black Friday deal. The room was quite spacious, no housekeeping unless requested but no issues with that - you can always ask for more towels and stuff if required.

Summary: Room was not disabled friendly as advertised. Indeed there is one step to get into the building! Room, whilst spacious, resembled a school excursion room quickly converted for adults during the weekend. Deep cleaning required, with carpet requiring stretching. No bedside lamps, with bed straight onto brick wall. Bathroom a tight fit for any adult, with one inch step to enter. Metal in shower rusting and tiles in shower poorly laid, with opportunity to remove toe nail if standing near offending tiles. Only stayed here because of all the roadworks, with Northbourne Avenue and one bridge blocked. Would I stay again? Probably not. Room 112.
