Summary: The experience was AMAZING! The best thing was the room. We are a family of 4 and the hotel provided us two connected rooms which have two bathrooms. The breakfast was delicious. The service was wonderful - everyone was extremely kind and helpful (despite the language barrier). The place was also near to the city and 2 minutes away were plenty of restaurants and cafes to eat dinner. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely recommend.

Summary: Booked this place as a backup, just in case I couldn't make it to the ferry in time. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help bridge the language barrier. (I don't know much French, they didn't know much English). Once everything was understood, my friend and I took the keys are were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the rooms. Coffee making facilities, air conditioning and a king size bed. There are a number of eateries and even a cinema just around the corner from the hotel and it's only a couple of minutes walk from the train station. For a last minute stay, there was nothing more I could have asked for.

Summary: Breakfast is very good. Close to main train station. Electric tram stop right in front. Easy walk to the central city. We checked in late night and the night receptionist Maia was delightful, provided us with a lot of information and made us feel right at home

Summary: Great stay at the hotel. Lovely and clean and staff friendly and helpful. Big shout out to Maya (may not be spelt this way) but she was such a delight to deal with and is an asset to this hotel. We will come back for sure!

Summary: Very good hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful but there was quite a bit of street noise and the area near the hotel seemed a bit dodgy. Good selection of restaurants in the area and free breakfast was a nice inclusion

Summary: Great stay... pity about the parking!.. entered the car park ticket 30 euros then entered the ticket from reception.nothing was deducted, still charged 30 euros?. ..Didn't have time to go back & query why?. ...other than that the hotel was excellent.
