Positive: Great location. Free tea & coffee & water. Quiet room. Very clean. Nice staff.

Negative: The bedding. The duvet was so thin and flimsy. I asked for another one, they gave me a smaller one, which was also thin and flimsy. The pillows were so uncomfortable. They gave me extra ones when I asked, but they were so soft, that they had no comfort. I have a sore neck. I recommend bringing your own pillow and extra blanket if you can.
