Summary: Staff rude and unpleasant just because I took a cup of hot water for a tea. I have never been treated this way in any hotel. Just out of line.

Summary: The hotel was very central and suited my needs perfectly, the allowed me store my luggage for the day I was leaving. Due to me having an accident they allowed the ambulance man collect my luggage with my ticket, I was much relieved that I did not have to collect it myself.
