Positive: Good location, on tram route, tesco next door and plenty of places to eat/drink. Ideal for gig at arena, not too far on foot to get there. Staff friendly and helpful. Could leave luggage to collect later to have a mooch about in morning. Bed and pillows comfy.

Negative: The room seemed a bit tired, and air con dial completely rubbed off so wasn't sure which way to turn it to get cool air, could do with an extra fan as wasn't too great. Could open window slightly, but couldn't have it open at night as revellers out on street. Breakfast wasn't too good, cold beans and hard hash browns. So not sure if staff are checking on food temperatures.
