Summary: I really appreciate the friendliness and professionalism of most of the staff. The room was clean and our request for extra towels was provided for in a timely manner. The staff did accommodate storage of our refrigerated prescription meds. One downfall is there is no mini fridge or microwave in the room.

Summary: Nice enough property for a 2 star hotel, but it’s the only airport hotel I have ever stayed in that does not have a free or any airport shuttle. Add $25 to your room price when comparing to pay for a taxi to the airport. The other Ibis airport I stayed in last month did have a shuttle.

Summary: This airport hotel was exactly what we expected. The hotel was nicely appointed and there was a grocery store attached which was nice. Close to metro and several restaurants in a nice suburban area. We wish they had an airport shuttle.

Summary: Clean, basic room. Simple but good breakfast starts at 04:00. Easy access to airport via a short walk to the Barajas Metro Station then a train to the terminal (T4 or T1-2-3). All in all a good place to stay before an early morning flight.
