Positive: Breakfast was good but expensive.

Negative: Clare, the concierge when we arrived was friendly, very helpful and exceptionally welcoming. She was fantastic! The concierge in the morning was not so helpful and the service was not as welcoming. I also found it insulting that as a female, emails to me were addressed to Mr!!!!! Very poor.

Summary: Great location. Comfortable and good for an overnight stay in Geneva.
