Positive: The location is in the city center and the security is well maintained.

Negative: The room was quite small and dirty. And no one cleaned it during our four nights staying. There was no fridge inside.

Positive: Just one of two hotels in the main part of the city that cater to foreigners. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with secured parking as well. It is very close to the centre of the city and easy to walk around to the sights. Right across from the old food market and a lovely square with cafes, popular in the evening. Staff was pleasant and spoke English well.

Negative: It is a bit pricey because it is a Western chain hotel, but without a marriage certificate and needing air conditioning, it is one of the only two to stay in (Novotel is the other one).

Summary: Comfortable accommodation centrally located with secure parking.

Negative: A bit small rooms and a bit lack of cleaning in the rooftop / sport facilities compared with other Ibis.

Summary: Very handily hotel with extremely nice staff, well located and the parking was very useful.

Positive: Location was great. Close to the centre and walking distance to all the bridges

Negative: Staff did not speak English. When we checked in it was hard to explain that we want to split the bill. Breakfast was a disaster. Not enough cups, cutlery, food has not be released.
