Summary: 2 power failures the 1st evening; room key has to be reinitialized every day; only one electrical outlet in the bedroom nowhere close to the bed but great proximity to the train station, friendly personel speaking fluent english, good breakfast.

Summary: I'm a regular user of IBIS hotels and as you can see from previous reviews i love the hotel chain. Charleroi is just ok, reception not friendly on arrival and the hotel is tired. Breakfast was ok though and i would have given a better rating, unfortunately i was in 303 and woke up in the morning to see a blood filled bed bug!!
