Positive: The breakfast lady was really kind and eager to help, providing great customer service. The receptionist who checked us in was also very helpful, doing her best to assist everyone arriving, even though they were working alone.

Negative: Overall, my experience was not great. The rooms were not very clean, and one of them was really cold because of a draft from the window. I also had an issue with the key card for one of the rooms. When I reported it to reception, the staff member (a young male) initially assumed I didn’t know how to use it. When he tried it himself and also couldn’t open the door, he said he knew what the problem was but couldn’t fix it. We ended up having to leave the room door open whenever we went out so that we could get back in.
