Summary: Very good stay overall. The room was clean, well maintained, and comfortable. Air conditioning worked perfectly, which made a real difference. The staff were polite, professional, and always helpful when needed. Fresh, and sufficient to start the day properly. Overall, a pleasant and reliable place to stay. Would recommend without hesitation.

Summary: Check was efficient but the receptionist spent most of her time chatting with her colleague rather than making her guest feel welcome (unprofessional). Hotel room was maintained to a high standard and was clean and very quiet. It was disappointing that there wasn't any tea, coffee or even a kettle in the room. This isn’t an Ibis Budget hotel! Breakfast had lots of options but was very crowded and somewhat difficult to get a seat at 8am.
