Summary: Check-in and check-out were very easy and smooth. The hotel is very close to the Bahnhof, which is a big advantage. The room was a typical Ibis room—clean and well maintained. Overall, it was a hassle-free stay and I would definitely consider staying here again.

Summary: Great location as only a few minutes from the train station. The room was comfortable and the best thing...really warm! Breakfast was basic but it was good value and there was plenty of it. I would recommend Ibis if staying in Basel.

Summary: Tidy room, cleaned every day. Quite hot for me but air con worked fine and left the window open to keep cool. Staff extremely helpful and very polite, even went to get plasters as my wife cut her knee. Did not have breakfast so can not comment.
