Positive: Clean facilties, good location, provided gluten free bread. Breakfast was nice. Beds comfy. All staff except 1 were very friendly - the waiting/restaurant staff and cleaning staff were all lovely and helpful.

Negative: One staff member was a bit rude. Hence 7 rather than 8.
