Positive: The studio apartment was cute and welcoming. The bed was comfortable, and everything was clean. The location was perfect for exploring the different parts of New Orleans. The security system made me feel safe while sleeping.

Negative: The only thing that was even slightly bothersome was that we couldn’t get the WiFi to work. But to be honest I came to enjoy the city, not sit inside and watch tv, so I didn’t even try after the first day.

Positive: I really liked the location. It is downtown. Just a few mins from anything. The host was so nice. She gave recommendations on places to eat and go. I ate at a few of them and enjoyed the food. The place was renovated and beautiful. The second bathroom was the best. Kitchen beautiful with a full washer and dryer. This was my first time to New Orleans and i can’t wait to go again.

Negative: There was nothing i didn’t like.

Positive: It was a cute home that fit our whole party easily. Clean, with great A/C. Close to a tram stop.

Negative: The walls were very thin to the adjoining home and outdoors. The wifi didn’t work the whole stay. Located in a part of town that borders the line between a nice & not so nice part of town.

Positive: The rental was in a very central location, super close to the canal Street streetcars and was well equipped for what we needed for a short weekend stay. Additionally, Kim, who was a contact while we were there was fantastic. Super responsive, shared so much information and resources with us and was available at any moment if we needed help.
