Positive: Nice and clean rooms, large beds, comfy mattress, 4 pools for big and small with water slides, 5 min walk to a beach with no wind (unique on this Island)

Negative: Great food all day long, however, the meat was often a bit tough, chewy, or contained tendons.

Positive: The hotel is modern, clean, and packed with family-friendly energy. Staff were kind and very patient with kids. There are mascots, kid-friendly activities, and a beach that’s worth the trip to the south of the island. Our daughter had an amazing time, which made the experience worthwhile. The mid-range room was comfortable, and the food options were plentiful.

Negative: Very crowded. Hard to find a spot by the pool. Outdoor pools are small, umbrellas fly in the wind, and the indoor pool is limited to 2 hours, paid, and not very inviting. Kids’ arcade games cost money every time, and the kids’ club felt dark and unwelcoming. It’s not a restful place for parents – just a change of scenery from daily chaos.

Summary: Great for kids, intense for parents – bring sunscreen and your strongest patience.

Positive: Break fast and lunch were excellent with a large selection, The entertainment team were very good , branded drinks included in all inclusive

Negative: The evening meals had a varied selection only downside some of the dishes were cold in temperature, The indoor pool is undergoing refurbishment so there was quite a lot of noise when we sat on our balcony which I feel we should have been informed of prior to our stay

Summary: Very good we will be returning in 2025

Positive: Just back from our 1 week stay (with a 8yo kid), would have gladly stayed longer! Big room with a balcony and a kitchenette, very clean, comfortable beds, AC, amazing staff and animation team, and great food - every day something different but always delicious. As all Iberostars, great for kids, although better for smaller kids (perfect up to 8, maybe less for bigger kids). Close to the sea, but not much to do around.

Negative: The tables at the restaurant are very close to each other, with not much wince to circulate to the buffet, and very little space to eat outside despite the amazing weather.

Summary: Great hotel, even greater staff
