Positive: Location is amazing, most beautiful place we've been to. Perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms are huge, like an apartment. Breakfast was really nice with a lot of local products. You get the spa completely to yourself when you book it, we really loved that. You can even select your preferred pillow for sleeping! We want to go back already!

Negative: The only thing we can think of is that it would be perfect if they had a restaurant with more of a Trattoria/pizzeria style. We really liked the restaurant, but sometimes you just want something simple :-) Also would recommend to not hire a small/low car like we did, because of the road leading up to the hotel (and the freeway with really high speed).

Positive: Excellent shower, good water pressure. Upscale towels and sheets.

Negative: Floor above us, checked in late, moving furniture and suitcases during night. Better soundproofing is needed between first and 2nd floor.

Positive: We stay in many 4star/ 5 star resorts all around the world and I would say that this is one of the top that we have stayed at. I rarely give 5 star reviews unless merited and this place was exceptional. The facility is vast yet only 30 or so guests stay there at a time so it’s incredibly tranquil. The service is impeccable. Attention to every detail is above and beyond.

Negative: My only complaint is that guests bring dogs and they sometimes bark a lot. So given how quiet and relaxing this place is, dog barking morning and night is an unwelcomed disturbance. Given the resort won’t allow children under 12 (I assume for noise sake), the fact that they allow dogs seem wrong as dogs are as noisy as children :)
