Positive: Good value and very convenient for the town and the beaches. The owners were very helpful and friendly, and their son Kaan spoke excellent English and a quick text saw the odd early season issue dealt with immediately.

Negative: As it was actually pre season the pool had not been filled which affected the look and feel, once it was filled it looked very nice indeed. The Booking.com description mentioned bike hire and we did manage to find some elsewhere. I feel they may be missing an opportunity as everyone we spoke to asked where we got the bikes! I have a feeling there may be an insurance issue but it would be worth considering.

Summary: Well worth a visit for some late spring heat.

Positive: Amazing location and staff were lovely and friendly. We went right at beginning of season so the pool was not in use, which we knew before we arrived. We have all been to Sarigerme many times before.

Negative: Only thing I would add here is a toaster would have made this stay complete as would have been amazing to just have put toast and coffee each morning instead of having to go out.

Positive: Great location for what we needed. A toaster and some mugs would have been lovely, maybe they’ll be there next time we come 😀

Negative: No plug socket in the main bedroom near the mirror that would be extra useful. chairs on the balcony to the main bedroom would good too. Also, some plain cotton sheets would be good.

Positive: Cozy and comfortable place, great location, two steps away from supermarket and restaurants. Private parking is a plus. Host is extremely friendly and cheerful.

Negative: It would be great to provide some tablets for dishwasher and washing machines, but we bought a large package, it should be enough for the following guests :)

Positive: We only stayed one night but found the villa to be very clean. The beds were comfortable as were the linens. There was good water pressure in the shower. The villa offers a kitchenette and nice living area and quite a bit of storage. The addition of a washing machine is nice. There are restaurants within walking distance. We did not use the pool but it looked very clean.

Negative: The second bedroom containing the twin beds had bright lights pouring in from outside. Even with the blinds closed, the room was still lit up as much as if a light was turned on. Also, the restaurant nearby did karaoke until very late. It was too loud and bright to sleep in that room. I gave up at 12:30 am and slept downstairs on the couch. Because we only stayed one night, which was a Saturday, I'm not sure if the loud music is normal for every night. I would enquire with management if concerned. But the bright lights definitely need to be addressed. This room could definitely benefit from room darkening shades.

Positive: The interior, exterior grounds, pool, etc were spotless. the location was close to markets, restaurants, shops

Negative: Earplugs are needed to sleep because nearby music plays at night. I would have liked a few toiletries in the bathroom like a bar of soap and a towel in the kitchen. would have liked some information about visiting the local beach

Summary: We had a nice 2 night stay within about 20 minutes of the Dalaman airport.
