Summary: Poor documentation of guests daily expenses. Guest had to waste 2 hours at check out calling credit card company to prove expenses were paid ! This was unacceptable. When proven correct guests : hours trip ahead. I could have ended better. If they knew what they were doing to start with. Food menu was repetitive and there was no 24 hr food service.

Summary: The stay was truly outstanding! If I was to have any complaint, it would be that the pool is too small for a hotel of this size. It is a truly gorgeous pool, but extremely small. Many people would come to the pool and left because there was not enough room. Please check you question about parking. It only gives you one option (street parking). I used the hotel parking which was great. The attendants treated my vehicle with care and they were very quick to deliver my car when I checked out to depart. Every hotel employee that spoke with me or helped me was very courteous, professional, and helpful. Excellent service!
