Positive: Great location away from tourist area but just a quick tram ride into old town. Ate locally, which was great.Lovely hotel, friendly team.

Negative: Walls a little thin. More a problem for our neighbors rather than us as my son arrived at midnight after delayed flight.

Positive: Well placed to explore the city, easy access to the station. Very friendly helpful staff. Small rooms but comfortable and had everything we needed. Simple breakfast but more than enough.

Positive: Close to main railway station. Nicely designed interior

Negative: Room could use some renovation, I would expect much more comfort from a hotel stay. Window was broken and didn't fully close (glad it wasn't ground floor), double bed happend to be two linked single beds that kept floating apart during night. While hotel description does mention thin walls, it's kind of an understatement. It really is loud All in all, while price is still relatively reasonable (for Nice), you can definitely expect much more comfort from a hotel. It's not a hostel after all
