Summary: The front desk and all staff were very friendly and professional. We chose this place for the tropical pool area as a retreat after exploring the city all day. The pool left a lot to be desired. The water was in both the pool and the hot tub was murky and the area around the pool was tired (rusty chairs, dirty grout between the tiles). The room was fine but had a fair amount of wear and tear. The balcony was littered with acrylic finger nail pieces so it clearly had not been vacuumed in some time.

Summary: Outer bathroom light didnt work. Service man was promptly sent. He adjusted the bulb but the light randomly continued to not work throughout our stay. Lack of face cloths and hand towels. There were 3 of us in the room and only 1 hand towel and 2 face cloths. We requested more and got them but the next day they were exchanged for 2 again.

Summary: Generally good hotel, but stayed in the outside of the hotel away from the pool area shown in the photos. Everything seemed a bit old-fashioned but everything worked and the location is great for the Old City and the conference centre. Check-in time is very late (5pm) which was annoying

Summary: We had a beautiful suite on the 3rd floor next to the entertainment. It was amazing and we all enjoyed both nights, we are 5 women over 65 & it was perfect. The pool and hot tub was enjoyed each day by us and we met and made new friends each time! It was a short walk to old Quebec City and we walked and enjoyed restaurants, the shops and sightseeing. We also ate at the hotel and all meals were excellent. Having the Jax & Gil around the corner was very handy. We did have 2 issues, a toilet that leaked and water pooled on the floor, we placed a towel on the floor. We had to ask each day for towels, coffee and cups for 5, we were only left 3 each day. Maybe have the cleaning staff with a printout of the number of people in each suite. They were minor inconveniences and did not detract from our stay and enjoyment at all. We are all so pleased that we booked with your hotel.

Summary: Hotel location is perfect, within 2 minutes of the Old City. There's underground parking, however beware of the height restrictions. A small SUV, such as GMC Terrain fits, but a larger one, or a pickup truck won't. Very poor ventilation in the bathroom. The toilet is not securely attached to the floor - it rocks side to side. We found a cockroach on the table when we checked in, only one. It gets very noisy in the afternoon because of the concerts in the Atrium. The music can be heard even in non-atrium-facing rooms. However, it stops in the evening and it is very quiet at night. Overall, not a bad place to stay mostly because of its proximity to the Old City.

Summary: Loved Quebec and loved the layout of our suite. However it was in desperate need of an upgrade, and services could have been better. Chipped furniture, old drapes, saggy sofa, one hand towel for two to share. Glasses weren't cleaned or replaced, nor were towels. Beds not made up daily. The location was good though, and for $37/day they have parking.
