Positive: The hotel has a lovely alpine chalet feel. It is very cosy. The staff are super friendly and helpful. It is perfectly located in the centre of chatel near the shops and bars and only a 10 min walk to the cable car, but very quiet. The spa facilities are fabulous after a day on the slopes.

Negative: We liked everything and will definitely be coming back.

Positive: Good to have the Spa at the end of the day. Nice swimming pool and jacuzzi.

Negative: Room was basic. Didn’t have a good view, but maybe that was because we didn’t request on booking.

Positive: food in the hotel was superb, staff very helpful and friendly. the hotel has superb lounges to relax in and the spa is perfect for apres ski with a good size pool, sauna and steam room. the skiing area is excellent. perfect location for a great ski holiday
