Negative: No breakfast restaurants- it’s quick service

Positive: Hotel has a very nice view of Perce Rock directly from the rooms. Location is about 15 mins walk from the main area with restaurants and a grocery store. The staff are friendly.

Negative: There is no ventilation in the washroom and it smelled like dried pee. Our room is on the main floor. The floor upstairs creaks and we can hear the footsteps very loudly so it is hard to sleep at night.

Positive: The view from our room was amazing! The pool was warm and welcoming. The rooms were nice and cozy.

Negative: There is assigned parking in front of your suite. We came back once and someone was parked in our spot. It didn't take long to have them moved but a sign might be a good idea to have posted to alert visitors or guests where the overflow parking would be.

Positive: Great view, really comfortable bed, spacious room, person who fixed the tv was really helpful and friendly

Negative: Needs a renovation! Outdated bathroom. Rust in bathroom sink. Water stains in ceiling above tub. Shower didn't work well. Safety latch on door ripped off. Dark as a cave - only 2 lights in the whole room - had to remove shade on one for more light. Second light high above centre of the bed, too high to easily access. No night table on one side of the bed. The night table that was on the other side had nothing on it - needed a light. Paint badly peeling on back door. Light on back patio not working. TV not working - someone did come in the next day and was very helpful. Carpet needs replacing. I'd requested an upper floor but got a first floor - woken up both nights by people above - no insulation between the floors so any movement was loud. Wish we'd been told there's no housekeeping until 72 hours - they did provide us with another towel the second day when we found out no one would be in to refresh the room.

Summary: This place could be fabulous with its great location but it was not a place we'd return to in its present condition.
