Summary: Being 3 star, we were not expecting luxury and this hotel was clean and simple with all the main facilities needed, including an open air pool. Great views across the mountain on our balcony and friendly staff so no complaints. If you are looking for more luxury and facilities on tap, this may not be foe you, as there is no kettle, few plugs, no fridge, in the room and no restaurant on site etc, which in more modern hotels tends to come as standard these days. But has no pretensions and we spent a very pleasant 3 nights here

Summary: Lovely Ota made us stay one night longer than originally planned. A nice location with beautiful surroundings. As the first nights hotel was booked we changed to this hotel. A very friendly receptionist welcomed us and showed us around. Also in the evening he helped us with our next days planning. Thank you!! The room is very nice and probably above local standard. Another point to add: The wifi works great, a big plus, as I've found. The pool area is in a wonderful area and relaxing. At night the traffic was somewhat disturbing. While there was very little traffic the few drivers seemed to have been driving like maniacs. Two items are really a pity: The lamps were so darn dirty, right next to the beds. And the mold in the bathrooms wasn't really encouraging. I guess, just little bit more attention and "open-eyes" by the room-managers would do the trick and make this a great hotel to stay.

Summary: Great hotel with a magnificent and breathtaking view of the peak of Capo d'Orto. The rooms have newly renovated bathrooms and comfortable beds. The breakfast-buffet offered a lot of different choices. The staff was friendly and helpful. Wifi was good and a parking-lot just outside the room made transportation simple. I would recommend this hotel if you are staying in Porto. The only negative (not much of a deal though since traffic is not heavy) is that the road through porto is just down the street from the hotel.
