Summary: This hotel exceeded all of our expectations! It is very close to the train station, very clean, with a wonderful amenities. We enjoyed the sauna room. The front staff are friendly and professional, they store our bags till we got back later that day. The location of this hotel is very convenient within walking distance to so many places. If I ever visit the city this will be the hotel that I would choose.

Summary: The hotel room was a little bewildering, as there were lots of electronic/automated features that took a little getting used to. It appears that they don't get a lot of English speakers, as there were not enough translations fo English to know what all the buttons were for. Some of the English translations looked like they had gotten them directly from Google translate. I needed to call reception to find out that the lights under the bed were sensor driven and would turn off automatically (after I had spent time looking NG for how to turn them off!) Overall a very comfortable room, quiet and clean. Very convenient next to the train station. Would definitely stay there again.

Summary: This sets the standard for what a hotel should be. By far, the best that I’ve experienced in Germany, for all these reasons: - friendly and helpful staff - large and comfortable rooms - crisp, clean sheets and lots of pillows - next door to train station and short walk to everything - free mini bar - wonderful sauna area Highly recommended.
