Positive: The tiny home was adorable and clean and well appointed, especially with a dual washing/dryer(it does take a long time to do laundry because of this)with good instructions and in a good location. We did have a little difficulty finding it since we arrived at night and the map we received from booking.com would have actually helped if they sent it before arriving. We are a family of 5 with older kids and the sleeping situation accommodated us all, but it is a small area. We are fine with limited space, especially with only a 1 night stay, but I think in general it can probably be a little tight for most people. For maximum comfort, I would highly recommend at most 3 adults or 2 adults with 1-2 small kids.

Negative: We have a family of 5. There was literally no room for us and our suitcases. I isn’t like that there was only one ladder to get dos. From beds on two lofts - that feels like a safety issue. The stove was impossible to get to work despite owners written instructions

Positive: very cozy house, we really liked everything. There are dishes and all sorts of nice things, which makes your stay there very comfortable. everything is exactly as in the photographs.

Negative: Only our wi-fi didn’t work, but our tablets with at&t caught the mobile Internet well, unlike phones with verizon, which have no connection at all.
